One-colour rotary printing is a high-speed and precise method where cylindrical objects are rotated while a single ink colour is transferred directly onto their surface. Ideal for simple logos, text, or graphics, this technique delivers sharp, clear images with excellent colour accuracy.
Advantages- Provides largest possible print size on drink bottles and tumblers
- High quality printing with sharp detail
- Produces intricate designs and photo-quality images
- Supports a broad spectrum of CMYK colours
- Restricted to a single color, which may not be suitable for vibrant or detailed designs
- Required to leave a 5mm gap at the back on the product
- Unable to print gradients that fade to nothing on non-white products
