The world is changing and so are we!

In 1987, the United Nations Brundtland Commission defined sustainability as “meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” Sustainability is an umbrella term that includes both environmental & social impacts.

To create a more sustainable promotional merchandise industry, we aim to reduce the environmental footprint of our activities along the entire supply chain. Through our "Roadmap to 2030", we are committed to increasing our sustainable product offering to ensure 100% of our new products include a component of sustainable materials. To achieve this goal, we need to start rethinking plastics by changing how we design, use and reuse. There are 3 actions we must take: "innovate", "circulate", "eliminate".

We want to 'innovate', by replacing virgin fossil-based plastics with bio-based plastics and by looking for new materials. We need to 'circulate', by using recycled materials and also by reusing, repairing and rethinking our business models and takeback systems. We will 'eliminate', by removing virgin fossil-based plastic from product and packaging.

Leading by example

At all times we will guide you through our sustainable transition leading by example and by inspiring you with better choices to offer your customers. Partnering with a global leader of sustainable promotional merchandise, PF Concept, we are able to offer a wide choice of sustainable and ethically sourced products. We have also partnered with the charity, Good360, where Ni Concept donates discontinued and high-quality sample products to those in need.

Our Roadmap Towards 2030 ensures we are continually improving our sustainability and ESG credentials. While our policies and procedures ensure the integrity of our supply chain, products, processes along with the work health and safety of our facilities.

Our three pillars

Our roadmap gives an overview of our major sustainable objectives and how to get there in terms of our three core pillars: People, Product and Process.

Our belief in sustainability begins with People – Our Team, Clients, Suppliers, Partners, and Communities we engage with. This encompasses Safety, Inclusion, and Diversity. Ni Concept has enforced and introduced fresh WHS Protocols to ensure the safety of all our staff, in addition to establishing our Modern Slavery Statement.

Ni Concept is committed to maximizing the sustainability of our products and ensuring full transparency with our clients. Ni Concept strives to incorporate sustainable materials in 100% of our new products and intends to display all relevant certifications for new products on our website.

Sustainability is embedded in our processes, ensuring that every step of our operation aligns with our eco-conscious values. Each of Ni Concept Suppliers have been asked to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct. Moreover, Ni Concept is actively pursuing a fully traceable Supply Chain.
